Who Are We?
​
We are “God’s Favorite Teabag.” The longer the teabag stays in the water, the stronger the tea becomes. Singleness is a period where God wants us for Himself. He loves us so much that He chose to take this extra time to nurture and prepare us spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and physically to share ourselves wholly to the spouse He created for each of us. Ecclesiastes 3:1(ESV) “To everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under the heaven.” God’s timing is “PERFECT!” Isaiah 40:31 reminds us of the benefits of waiting on God and living in His timing.

The FBCWW Singles Ministry provides an opportunity for single men and women 18 years and older to connect with Christ and learn more about themselves as they wait on their spouse or remain single and satisfied. It helps members to identify and understand our God given purpose. The ministry provides a space for personal and spiritual growth and development.
1 Peter 4:10 (ESV) “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace:” The Word tells us that we all have gifts, and we should be good stewards over these gifts. This ministry will equip members with the tools to nurture these gifts and use them to advance the Kingdom of God. One of the most common factors of singleness, is not having a spousal responsibility. Therefore, we encourage our members to use this time to serve wholeheartedly.
This is a diverse ministry where members come together to serve, create memorable moments through social activities and be a part of a supportive and nonjudgmental team.

The FBCWW Singles Ministry will be covering diverse topics such as; embracing singleness, finances, health and wellness, single parenting.
