Health & Wellness
The purpose of the Health & Wellness Ministry in coordination with the vision and core values of Friendship Baptist Church Worldwide is to ensure the optimal condition of God's people to fulfill His great commission and His purpose for our lives. With health being an integral factor in serving God, the Health and Wellness Ministry focuses on developing a lifestyle of holistic health; mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual (3 John 1:2). This is achieved by offering awareness through education, strategies, and activities geared towards these areas. “We being many members are one body (Romans 12:5),” designed to be fitly joined together to be meet for the master's use.
Goal:
To implement lifestyle changes that will ultimately result in an improvement in the overall health and well-being of all participants through personal goal setting, strategic plans of action, the support of leaders, and ministry engagement.
